Pray then in this way:
Our Father in heaven,
hallowed be your name.
Your kingdom come.
Your will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our debts,
as we also have forgiven our debtors.
And do not bring us to the time of trial,
but rescue us from the evil one.

Mother Teresa said once, "Tell them to pray and to teach their
children to pray."
Our Lord has given us the model. Pray that
God's Kingdom will come to this world. Give Him thanks for daily
bread. Ask His forgiveness even as you forgive others. And pray
daily for His guidance.
Loving God, may I life up your prayer often, so that I may be empowered to be your faithful
servant. Amen.
