Those who are spiritual discern all things, and they are themselves subject to no one
else's scrutiny.
I'm sure some of you have seen the old T.V. commercials for the Boston Market restaurant where
two young people say they have an emptiness inside. Then a man breaks into the scene and says,
"Eat something." Well, if we have already eaten something and we still feel an emptiness inside.
Then we need to be more closely connected to Jesus Christ, because Jesus will fill us spiritually.

We are here because of Jesus Christ, and if we, the branches, are not bearing much fruit, it may be
that we are not feeding, as we ought to be, upon the life-giving flow from the vine of Jesus Christ.
Dear God, help me to take the steps and give you the time that will fill me spiritually. Amen.
