Let love be genuine; hate what is evil, hold fast to what is good.
I read about a love letter that one young lady wrote to her former fianc‚: Dear Jimmy--No words
could ever express the great unhappiness I've felt since breaking our engagement. Please say you'll
take me back. No one could ever take your place in my heart, so please forgive me. I love you, I
love you, I love you! Yours forever, Marie. P.S. And congratulations on winning the state
lottery.
God's love is unconditional and never ending.

In Matthew 1:21, the angle said to Joseph, "[Mary] will bear a son, and you are to name him
Jesus, for he will save his people from their sins." The toughest thing God had to do was to let us
know that God loved us. God has come down. God humbled himself and came as a man, Jesus
Christ, to take away our sins by dying on the cross.
Dear God, may the love you have given to me be shared with genuine concern. Amen.
