He shall judge between many peoples, and shall arbitrate between strong nations far
away; they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruning hooks; nation
shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more.
One of the most popular verses in the Bible says, "they shall beat their swords into plowshares."
All of us we can to turn hate into love, selfishness into service, and forgetfulness into
remembrance.

The way we do our day to day work and the way we do our family tasks can make a big
difference in growing in love. One of my pet peas is people who want my business, but don't work
for it by providing good service and kindness. But one of the things I try to focus on is smiling
and being kind to others. It is easy to get even. It is much harder to change things with our
kindness and love. Our kindness may totally change a person's attitude. Our love may make
someone's day. And I know that sharing our love will change people. I am a changed person
because of the people who have loved me.
Dear God, may I use the love you have given to me to turn my world upside down for you.
Amen.
