Which commandment in the law is the greatest?
(Matthew 22:36 NRSV)

There was a gardener digging a hole in his backyard. "That's a pretty deep hole," a neighbor said. "What are you going to put in it?"
"I am replanting some of my corn," was the quick response.
"But you surely don't need such a deep hole to plant a few seeds of corn," the new neighbor said incredulously.
"I surely do," replied the gardener. "The seeds are all inside one of your chickens."

Jesus was asked, "Teacher, which commandment in the law is the greatest?" He said, "You shall love the Lord your God... You shall love your neighbor as yourself."

Here is the secret to all human relations: love God and love your neighbor.

Lord Jesus, I want to be loved. Help me to give away my love, so that it will grow in me. Amen.
