Such is the confidence that we have through Christ toward God.
What a good attitude! Nothing you can laugh at will ever have any control over
you. As Ralph Waldo Emerson said: "If you would rule the world quietly, you must
keep it amused."
What can you do today to amuse your world with the joy of Christ?

The football coach was all revved up for the game and, with boundless optimism,
delivered his motivational game talk. "All right, boys," he roared with excitement,
"here we are, unbeaten, untied, and unscored upon--and ready for the first game of
the season."
Dear God, thank you for the confidence of knowing I am saved through Jesus Christ. May I show
Christ's joy to my family. Amen.
