The girl listening replied, "Neat!"
Then a much younger male voice came on the line. "First, he's not 6' tall. Second, his hair's not
like Brian Bosworth's, and third, he doesn't have a car!" The girl laughed, and she hung up.
Fortunately, it doesn't matter how we look, how smart we are, or how many times we have sinned
or denied God, God still wants to have a relationship will you and me. And God will never hang
up on us or forget us.

You may we aware of the party or gab telephone lines that are available for youth to talk on. I
remember reading about some of the conversations that took place on the junior version of the
Connections line to be used by callers up to 15 years old. One male caller described his looks:
"I'm 6' tall, I weigh 170, my hair's like Brian Bosworth's, and I have a black Chevy."
Prayer: Lord Jesus, thank you for not forgetting me. Amen.
