Help us, O God of our salvation, for the glory of your name; deliver us, and forgive
our sins, for your name's sake.
Well, the automobile didn't solve the parking problem, but there is one solution to
our problems--Jesus Christ.
Ronald Newhouse, Texas, USA
(Psalms 79:9
NRSV)
In 1900, a writer in The New York Times prophesied that the advent of the
automobile would solve the parking problem, since the automobile occupies less
space at a curb than a horse and wagon.
Prayer: Dear God, I know there will always be problems in my life, but, with your help, I
can overcome them. Amen.
